I am a graduate student and it really gives some great energy and tastes good too. I like to mix 1 scoop with about 6 to 8 ounces of chocolate soy milk usually from Silk and then about an ounce or 2 of water. Shake it up and your good to go. It took me a while to find a protein powder that was natural and tasted good.
